Project management – Smooth execution of 40+ vendor stands through structured planning and hands-on coordination.
For Liwa 2022 and 2023, NOUKZ was responsible for coordinating and managing over 40 retail and F&B stands. This included collecting and entering all necessary information into internal systems, maintaining clear and ongoing communication with vendors, and gathering their specific production requirements. In addition to vendor coordination, NOUKZ led the on-site operational teams to ensure all preparations were in place and to proactively resolve any issues before or during the event. With a structured, hands-on approach and a strong focus on clear communication, NOUKZ helped deliver a smooth and successful experience for both partners and guests.
